As a Field Service Engineer, you will embark on a dynamic journey in the world of material handling, where no two days are the same. Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment.
* Conduct preventative maintenance and essential check‑ups to keep the fleet running smoothly.
* Travel to various customer locations, delivering on‑site support and forging strong relationships.
* Execute troubleshooting and build a reputation as a technical solution provider.
Qualifications
* Experience as a vehicle technician, mechanical engineer, forklift technician, plant fitter, or plant technician.
* Knowledge of plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners.
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification – not essential but preferred.
* Comfortable using IT equipment and maintaining accurate records.
* Full UK driving licence and ability to work autonomously and within a team.
