Management Accountant | Hybrid – Gillingham | Up to £55k Bonus
We’re looking for a qualified Management Accountant to join a growing, fast-paced team where your insight and energy will help shape the future of financial reporting. If you’re the kind of person who doesn’t just report the numbers but tells the story behind them—this one’s for you.
You’ll get full autonomy over a business region, ownership of management accounts, and a real voice in the room. You'll be trusted to challenge how things are done, bring fresh ideas, and continuously improve processes across the board.
Responsibilities:
· Delivering polished monthly accounts with insightful commentary
· Leading budgets, forecasting and SOX reviews
· Presenting results to the Financial Controller and supporting audits
· Partnering across departments to deliver data-driven support
· Owning reconciliations—including intercompany and multi-currency
About you:
· Are a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant·
· Have 2+ years of solid management accounts experience
· Are a whizz with Excel (Dynamics and USGAAP would be nice to have)
· Love collaborating, simplifying complexity, and bringing clarity to the table
· Are proactive, organised and have a knack for spotting opportunities to improve
