This role is ideal for an ambitious clinician eager to build a strong foundation for a successful long‑term career. We provide extensive in‑house training and mentorship, enabling you to develop confidence and advanced skills from the very beginning. In effect, you will be a trainee in an outstanding clinical environment.

* This salaried position includes an extensive training programme designed to develop advanced clinical and digital dentistry skills.
* You will learn all aspects of modern private dentistry, including:
* In‑house digital scanning using multiple scanner systems
* Working within a fully digital dental workflow
* Digital dentistry using Exocad, InLab, and CEREC software
* 3D printing, milling, and digital design
* Same‑day crowns, bridges, and dental appliances produced on site
* Guided implant placement and restoration, including single units, multiple units, and All‑on‑4
* restorations within a digital workflow
* Aligners, composite bonding, digital smile design, and printed veneers
* Dental photography, treatment planning, and effective patient communication
* Ethical and professional decision‑making with a strong understanding of business and financial awareness in dentistry
The value of this training package would exceed £40,000 if taken independently as external courses. In addition, we will contribute up to £10,000 towards external training courses, encouraging further development through recognised providers such as Chris Orr and Tipton Training.
Salary and Position Details
* Salary: £36,000 per year
* Hours: 38 hours per week – including time spent on training courses
* Statutory holiday entitlement
* 12‑month training contract
* Initially, you will shadow experienced clinicians and focus on developing core clinical skills. As your confidence and ability grow, you will begin managing increasingly complex cases.
* Some days will involve administrative duties, while on others you may see patients for hygiene or preventative care. Over time, your diary will gradually build to include more advanced treatments.
* At the end of the 12‑month training period, you will be offered an associate position, where you will continue developing your clinical skills while generating and delivering more advanced treatment plans with ongoing support.
* Our long‑term aim is to develop an exceptional dentist with the skill set and knowledge typically associated with many years of experience in a high‑end private practice, with the earning potential such a role provides.
* We are seeking a long‑term professional relationship, with the opportunity for you to grow into a lead dentist role with significant earning potential.
* You will work closely alongside Dr Thomas Norlin, an experienced and highly qualified clinician who will provide exceptional mentorship and guidance.
