We currently have an exciting opportunity for two part time posts within our Scottish Welfare Fund team.
The focus of the role is working within a call center environment to provide administrative support in a team responsible for the Scottish Welfare Fund, Discretionary Housing Payments and Tier 1 reviews. Duties include vetting and processing application forms, making decisions within set parameters, and the provision of goods and services to citizens.
We are committed to ensuring that systems are accurately maintained and up to date in compliance with procedures, allowing the team to manage large volumes of telephone calls and complete referrals for other services.
Requirements
The preferred candidates will be required to complete a Level 1 Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
