Functionally supervising a geographical patch or specialist service area, including general building and rapid response. Carrying out complex diagnostics and coordinating multi-trade repair projects. Providing technical guidance to maximize productivity and resident satisfaction. Conducting regular inspections, one-to-one meetings, and toolbox talks with operatives. Managing void teams to deliver within time scales and complying with health and safety regulations. Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
