Key Responsibilities:

Identify and contact new business prospects through outbound calling and email

Build strong client relationships and understand their advertising needs

Create and present tailored advertising proposals

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns

Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
*
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
What We're Looking For:

B2B sales experience (media or advertising background preferred)
*
Strong communication and negotiation skills
*
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise workload
*
Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
*
CRM experience and understanding of digital marketing is advantageous
*
Positive, proactive, and self-motivated approach
What’s on Offer:

£27,500 basic salary
*
Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £40,000+

Monday to Friday working hours, office-based in Maidstone
