SACT nurse

Responsibilities
* Safely deliver SACT and supportive cancer treatments.
* Perform clinical acts such as venepuncture, cannulation, and central line access.
* Assess and interpret acute and other patient conditions, initiating actions as appropriate.
* Communicate professionally, clearly and concisely with patients and their relatives.
* Take responsibility for concise documentation.
Qualifications
* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
* Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
* Experience of at least 12 months.
