Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Duty Manager to support the Deputy General Manager/Head of Club Experience in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Club. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring a safe working environment, and addressing member enquiries or complaints promptly. You will carry out routine inspections, manage staff, ensure all operational policies and procedures are adhered to, supervise the team, oversee maintenance work, and ensure the overall safety and cleanliness of the Club. During busy times you will assist and cover any department when needed, providing flexibility and support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations during your shift.
* Ensure a safe working environment for staff and members.
* Address member enquiries and complaints promptly.
* Carry out routine inspections of facilities.
* Manage and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies.
* Oversee maintenance work and maintain overall safety and cleanliness.
* Assist and cover departments during busy periods as required.
Qualifications
* Diploma in hospitality or business desirable.
* Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.
* Strong communication skills.

Schedule / Shift Requirements
* Operating 7 days a week from 0600 to 2300.
* Shift patterns vary according to business requirements, covering all opening hours including weekends and bank holidays.
* Evening availability for functions until 0200.
