(Part Time) Program and Packaging Delivery Manager to join our growing business.
Purpose of the role:
To actively develop and manage the overall program of product development through the stage gate process.
Ensuring that a planned own label program of work is in place and that the gated process is planned, managed, tracked-reported and delivered to ensure delivery of that program of work on time with the process followed and all stakeholders engaged.
In this role you can expect to:
Program and Project Management
* Continuously review current practices to identify areas for potential improvement and building of efficiency in processes operated around planning, program management, project management and reporting.
* Lead the Iceland development of the own label launch cycle / annual product development work programme (stage gate process) ensuring its successful operation for the business.
* Lead and manage the relationship with Iceland's artwork repro, packaging technologist service provider.
* Ensure efficient communication and follow-up with the supplier base and internal stakeholders from team to deliver the required actions through the process
Keeping things simple and efficient to reduce costs
* Constantly review the approach to planning, program management, project management and communications to highlight deficiencies and agree improvements.
* Build the right project plans to deliver against our key retail launch cycle milestones .
