Customer Services Executive Manchester (City Centre) £30,000 plus excellent benefits We're working with a well-established, award-winning financial services business based in Manchester city centre, looking to recruit polished Customer Services Executives to join their growing team. This is a professional, regulated environment where customer experience, attention to detail and clear communication are key. The role You'll be the first point of contact for customers across savings and consumer lending, handling queries via phone, email and secure messaging. Key responsibilities include: Responding to customer queries accurately and within agreed service levels Supporting customers with account management, payments and general enquiries Handling complaints and managing them through to resolution Managing early-stage arrears and supporting vulnerable customers appropriately Liaising with internal teams including Credit, Operations and Collections Ensuring consistently positive and compliant customer outcomes About you We're looking for professional, well-spoken and confident communicators who are comfortable working in a regulated environment.
