Job Description
PE Global is currently recruiting for a Marketing Brand Associate for a leading multi-national Pharma client based in Basingstoke.
This is an initial 12 months contract position working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
The pay rate will be between £19.98 and £26.64 per hour.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
* Assist in the implementation of brand strategies and marketing plans for Diabetes and Obesity portfolio.
* Support the launch and post-launch activities, including coordination of brand tactics and tracking of key milestones.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, regulatory, corporate affairs, finance, market research) to ensure alignment and effective execution of brand initiatives.
* Help develop and deliver customer and operational plans in line with global and local brand strategies.
* Gather and analyse market insights, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform brand activities.
* Support the preparation of promotional materials and ensure all activities are compliant with ABPI Code of Practice, local SOPs and utilising Veeva PromoMats.
* Assist in organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of marketing tactics, providing recommendations for improvement.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and thought leaders, under the guidance of senior team members.
* Support digital and omni-channel marketing initiatives, working with the engagement team to enhance customer experience.
* Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines in all activities
Education/Experience
* Some experience (internship, placement, or entry-level role) in marketing, sales, or project coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
* Knowledge or experience in Diabetes, Obesity, or related therapy areas would be advantageous.
* Experience supporting brand or marketing activities in a regulated environment.
* Familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice or similar compliance frameworks would be advantageous.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
* High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and integrity.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
* Good working knowledge of digital channels and Microsoft Office suite.
