Benefits: 28 days holiday plus bank holidays Life cover, company pension, and employee assistance programme Access to Medicash – including dental, optical, and online GP Refer-a-friend scheme with cash rewards Fortnightly team lunches and regular socials Travel and overnight accommodation provided for events Free tickets to major UK events when you’re not on shift Work with household-name brands across sport, music, and live entertainment As an Event Activation Manager, you will: Lead the planning and delivery of event marketing activations and sponsorship experiences across multiple venues and festivals Manage creative concepts, supplier logistics, and on-site builds to ensure brand activations are delivered flawlessly Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Data teams to align strategy, budgets, and reporting on ROI Oversee creative production, event signage, and fan zone design with the build & asset team Drive innovation by integrating digital-first activations, influencer collaborations, and CSR storytelling Manage agency relationships and ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and partner objectives Coach and develop a small team of Event Executives, fostering a collaborative, solutions-driven culture Deliver post-event insights and wrap-up reports to measure impact and shape future strategy To be successful as an Event Activation Manager, you will: Be a creative, hands-on marketer who loves turning big ideas into bigger experiences Have proven experience delivering event marketing campaigns or complex brand activations (ideally with FMCG or sponsorship brands).
