Marketing Manager – Industrial Lubricants
Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire (Fully Onsite)
Salary: £40,000 basic, with OTE up to £47,000

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer in the lubricants sector to recruit a Marketing Manager focused on the industrial side of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead the marketing function with a strong emphasis on content creation, product-led storytelling, and lead generation.
About the Role
This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a technical, B2B environment. Working closely with onsite teams, you’ll play a key role in translating complex technical information into engaging marketing content across multiple channels – with a particular focus on social media. You will be central to driving brand awareness, positioning the business ahead of competitors, and supporting sales through proactive lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with technical and production teams to gather product and manufacturing information, transforming insights into compelling marketing content.
* Develop and execute content strategies including white papers, case studies, visual media, and social campaigns.
* Identify gaps in the market through competitor and industry analysis, informing marketing plans and new business opportunities.
* Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches from concept through to campaign delivery.
* Own and maintain the company website, ensuring up-to-date, optimised content that supports customer and supplier engagement.
* Support R&D and business development initiatives through market trend analysis and targeted marketing campaigns.
* Establish a marketing-led lead generation process to support the sales team’s conversion efforts on a daily basis.
About You
* Proven marketing experience within the industrial sector – lubricants, engineering, or manufacturing preferred.
* A strong portfolio of content creation, particularly technical content, visual storytelling, and social media campaigns.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategic marketing plans and manage end-to-end campaign execution.
* Confident working cross-functionally and onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Creative, commercially-minded, and proactive in generating ideas and spotting opportunities.
