Responsibilities:
* Assist residents with daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and eating
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
* Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
* Follow care plans and ensure all documentation is up to date
* Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of care
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
* A caring and compassionate nature
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work well in a team
* A willingness to undergo relevant training
