Assist in menu planning and item selection while taking into account customer preferences.
Enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering their professional development.
Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Contribute to the creation of seasonal and special event menus.
Handle any kitchen issues, resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
