We’re looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join a newly formed team within a fast-growing eCommerce business. You’ll help build a cutting‑edge digital platform (Component‑Driven UI, API‑First, Cloud‑Native, Headless Architecture) that powers high‑profile websites and apps, shaping the future of retail technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Build Modern Frontend Applications – Develop responsive, high‑performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
* Create Scalable UI Architecture – Design reusable components, maintain design systems, and ensure consistent UX across platforms.
* Integrate APIs & Services – Connect frontend systems to GraphQL and REST APIs, headless CMS platforms, and third‑party services.
* Collaborate Cross‑Functionally – Work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver high‑quality features.
* Improve Quality & Performance – Optimise performance, ensure accessibility, write tests, and champion frontend best practices.
Technologies
* Strong frontend skills in React + TypeScript
* Modern state management (e.g. Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
* Experience with component libraries / design systems
* API integration (GraphQL & REST)
* Familiarity with cloud environments and modern CI/CD pipelines
* Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle
