Job Description
• Execute daily lead generation on LinkedIn to identify high-potential prospects
• Send personalized outreach messages to cold and warm leads in a tone aligned with the company's brand
• Nurture leads through consistent follow-up until they are ready to book a discovery call
• Qualify prospects to confirm fit, budget, and availability before booking a call with the Founder
• Manage and update the lead pipeline tracker daily
• Meet weekly targets for outreach volume, call bookings, and lead quality
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Responsibilities
• Experience in LinkedIn outreach, social selling, or lead generation will have an added advantage
• Strong written communication skills in English, you can write messages that feel human, not templated
• A track record of booking qualified sales calls
• Self-starter mindset, you take initiative and follow through without hand-holding
• Interest in personal branding, LinkedIn, or the coaching industry is a plus
