ABOUT THE ROLE
I am a young boy born in 2017 with complex health care needs. I live at home with my parents and siblings in Rugby. I have complex health care needs which include respiratory support, PEG care, medication, seizure care, mobility and communication needs. Currently my care is being provided by my parents and South Warwickshire Foundation Trust. I require a Support Worker to allow my parents some respite time.
I am looking for a Support Worker who is flexible and will be able to support me as and when my parents require respite time.
