Responsibilities: Accurately process all payroll data for the business, ensuring timely and compliant payroll runs. Manage and resolve all payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders, delivering prompt and effective support. Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity, ensuring all inputs are verified and processed correctly in line with statutory and company requirements. Collaborate closely with the Finance team and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and information flow. Provide support on payroll and cross-departmental projects, contributing to process improvements and system enhancements. Experience Required: Extensive end-to-end payroll experience, managing the full payroll cycle from data input to final reporting. Proficient in working with ADP payroll software, both as an in-house system and in collaboration with ADP as an outsourced payroll provider.
