About The Role
Night Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep
£12.60 to £12.80 per hour, 35 hours a week.

Sign up before 2nd May 2025 and earn £500 when you start a permanent role with us. We will pay you £250 after completing shadow shifts and another £250 after 3 months (paid in the next payroll).

We’re a leading organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.
Located in Lydstep, with views of the sea and Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive, and homely environment for up to six adults from age 18. The main house features four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area, and a kitchen/dining area. Additionally, there is a 2-bed self-contained flat. At Rosendale, fun knows no bounds with activities like beach days, cinema trips, and swimming adventures. The adventure never ends!

A day in the life at Rosendale includes:
* Ensuring physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive environment;
* Supporting recreational activities, outings, and community integration;
* Promoting independence, self-esteem, and celebrating achievements;
* Working together to tailor support to individual needs;
* Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents;
* General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
We are looking for people who:
* Have a compassionate and caring nature with a desire to make a positive impact;
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Are resilient and patient, adaptable to individual needs;
* Are willing to learn and follow team guidance;
* Have basic IT skills for record keeping and communication;
* Are flexible to work shifts, including weekends and occasional nights.
Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
