Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and qualify potential customers for our business. This fully remote role involves using various channels and tools to build a strong sales pipeline and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential leads and target audiences
* Generate leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
* Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
* Build and maintain a lead database
* Use CRM tools to track and manage lead interactions
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
* Analyse campaign performance and optimize lead generation efforts
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
* Ensure compliance with UK data protection laws (GDPR)
* Prepare reports on lead generation metrics and KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 1–4+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Familiarity with email marketing and outreach tools
* Good analytical and research skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in B2B lead generation
* Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
* Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or paid ads
* Understanding of sales funnels and buyer journeys
* Experience in industries like SaaS, marketing, or consulting
