The role
As an Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. The successful applicant will have strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring information is as up to date and accurate to support the team.
Day-to-day, you'll have the following responsibilities, but not limited to:
* Inputting the daily cash transactions into Sage Accounting Software
* Allocating daily money received into the bank to multiple accounts
* Maintain and update department records such as customer details, turnover and audit lists
* Store all records electronically and a hardcopy
* Deal with routine enquiries
* Support the interal audit board as an admin clerk
This role is full time and based onsite at RAF High Wycombe. The hours for this role are Monday – Thursday 08:30am – 5pm and Friday 08:30am – 4:30pm.
Essential experience of the Administrator:
* Experience of using MS Excel, Outlook and Word
* Experience in delivering strong customer service skills
* Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people
* Have the ability to effectively work independently and part of a team
* Demonstrate attention to detail.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
