Base pay range
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Night Warehouse team as a Multiskilled Operative starting in September 2025. The working hours are 17:00 - 03:00 on a rota basis, 5 shifts out of 7. Start date: 01 September 2025. This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of £31,930 per annum.
To be successful for this position you will need to have experience operating fork lift trucks and reach trucks and experience within a warehouse or despatch role.
What you will be doing
* Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles on a daily basis.
* Completing preshift checks on all MHE equipment and notifying management of any defects.
* Picking customer orders and replenishment of stock.
* Assessing the quality of produce being sent to customers to ensure best quality.
* Ensuring the yard is organised and areas easily accessible, while maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
* Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to within the warehouse and the yard at all times.
Skills and experience you will need
* Experience operating a FLT and Reach trucks.
* A current FLT licence would be an advantage; refresher training will be provided.
* Good communication with an ability to understand and follow instructions.
* Team player with the ability to work independently.
* Self-motivated.
* Respect for safety rules and regulations.
