Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Location: Glasgow, fully on-site

We are actively recruiting experienced Patient Care – Sales Advisors to join our Contact Centre in Glasgow city centre.
Each day will vary; however, the core components of your role will include:
* Engaging with patients who have attended a surgery consultation, discussing the benefits of vision correction surgery.
* Providing clear and supportive guidance, addressing patient concerns, and overcoming objections.
* Managing your own diary, scheduling follow-up calls, and ensuring all appointments are booked correctly.
* Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and care while building trust with patients.
* Ensuring all patient information is accurately recorded and queries are handled promptly.
* Working closely with medical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience from initial consultation to post-surgery follow-up.
Essential skills:
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with patients.
* Ability to achieve and exceed performance targets related to patient conversion, appointment scheduling, and follow-up success.
* Monitoring KPIs, including conversion rates and patient satisfaction, to ensure goals are met.
* A proactive and empathetic approach to customer service.
