Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator) to join our successful Fulfords residential sales team in Exeter.

This is an entry-level role designed to develop you into a fully-fledged estate agency professional. You will learn every aspect of the estate agency model through a structured, industry-leading development and training programme, setting you up and providing exposure to diverse pathways across the business, including Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other specialist services, allowing you to control your career.

In this role, you will help people find their dream home while building a rewarding career in property. With full training provided, you will:
1. Generate and book property valuations
2. Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
3. Negotiate offers and agree on sales
4. Maximise every opportunity to arrange appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
5. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To be successful as a Trainee Estate Agent, you will:
10. Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer care and service
11. Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
12. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
14. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
