Due to growth our client is currently seeking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join their team based at their modern offices in Runcorn. You will be responsible for the strategic oversight, operational performance, and commercial success of allocated client accounts.
This role requires a candidate with proven relationship management capabilities, a confident communicator with presentation experience and excellent organisational and time management skills.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage incomplete works and ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication with clients.
2. Chair monthly meetings presenting performance summaries.
3. Identify opportunities for business growth
4. Oversee all quotations, tracking them for approval and escalating where necessary
5. Collaborate with other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities and monitoring sales performance.
6. Track and manage certificates to ensure compliance documentation is completed and distributed to clients
