Learner Services Manager Access Sport College, Liverpool (with travel to other sites) Full-time | Permanent | £29,014 – £32,668 per annum Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We’re looking for a confident and experienced Learner Services Manager to lead safeguarding, SEND, ALS, exams, and wellbeing provision at Access Sport College. About the Role As LSM, you’ll take the lead on: Safeguarding, SEND and pastoral support Managing high-needs funding and EHCP reviews Planning and timetabling learning support Delivering in-class support and coordinating ALS provision Acting as Exams Officer (with a Deputy for support) You’ll work closely with local authorities, multi-agency teams and internal colleagues to ensure effective support is in place for all learners. You’ll also support inductions, oversee training on support processes, and ensure learning progress is well-documented. What You’ll Need Strong FE sector experience, especially with safeguarding and ‘at risk’ learners Proven ability to manage teams and support services Knowledge of EHCPs, EAA evidence, and high-needs funding Excellent communication and organisational skills A degree or equivalent, plus English & Maths at Level 2 or above If you’ve got the drive and relevant experience – even if not a perfect match – we want to hear from you.
