Being an entry-level role, full training and support will be given so that you can learn the basics and build your experience with a view to progressing within the business.
Typical duties are likely to include: creating and printing labels, arranging for despatch of goods, generating courier reports, coordinating internal and external enquiries, assisting with claims and general administration duties to support the Customer Service Manager and team of 6.
The role will grow with you. This isn't about experience, it is more about showing up consistently, putting in the effort, and being reliable with a positive outlook.

37.5hours per week
Monday - Friday: between 8am-5pm, a typical working pattern would be 8.30am-5pm or 8am-4.30pm.
Annual leave: 28 days (inc. bank holidays) - currently under review and set to be enhanced
