Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
Leading the development of all paid marketing channels, focusing on paid social, CRM and PPC strategy, ensuring all key KPIs’ are achieved. Work closely with other paid channel owners to support on strategic decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Define our performance marketing strategy across Paid Social, CRM and PPC channels in line with wider business objectives to drive sales growth.
- Manage and forecast campaign budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure that campaigns are meeting performance goals.
- Report on paid marketing campaign performance on both a weekly and monthly basis - continuing to improve and test existing campaigns to make changes where needed.
- Owning and developing the email marketing strategy ensuring KPI’s are achieved.
- Develop and oversee paid social campaigns across key platforms - Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (including TikTok Shop).
- Lead on our PPC strategy monitoring all KPI’s and own the decision making for the channel
- Work closely with the affiliate marketing team across influencers and publisher partnerships, to support with analysis and budget management.
- Continuing to test and learn on email send outs and customer engagement.
- Managing communications with external agencies who support paid marketing - eg Google, Meta and TikTok agencies.
- Delve regularly into our web performance metrics and customer insight data, sharing findings with the wider team to help define our overall strategy
