Key responsibilities include: Liaising with hauliers to obtain updates and ensure delivery timeframes are met Proactively resolving unforeseen challenges with minimal operational impact Managing customer expectations with professionalism and confidence Engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the business Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within transport operations Supporting operational efficiency across general haulage, container logistics and multimodal movements (experience in these areas is highly desirable) This role would particularly suit someone with exposure to container logistics and/or multimodal transport operations, who understands the complexities of time-sensitive movements and thrives on solving logistical challenges.
