Responsibilities
* Maintain high standards in teaching and learning quality
* Contribute to school development plans and participate in ongoing evaluations
* Provide professional support and advice to teaching and support staff
* Recommend appropriate resources and teaching materials to school leadership
* Lead professional development opportunities for staff
* Uphold and actively promote the school's vision and values
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent, with evidence of professional development
* Strong knowledge of Special Educational Needs and relevant curricula, including personalised learning plans
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams
* Experience coaching and mentoring Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
* Proficient in planning, documenting, and assessing student progress
* Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex behavioural or communication needs
