Secure Horizon is a profit for purpose organisation and is seeking an Administrator to join our team in Birmingham, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time office-based role. On offer is a competitive salary of £26,000 and a package of benefits.
You will join our team in delivering minor adaptations contracts and handyperson services to the over-60s and people with disabilities. We deliver these for councils nationwide and are a rapidly expanding company with opportunities for training and development. This is evidenced by 80% of our management team progressing from other roles within the business.
What the job involves:
* Taking inbound calls and helping customers with their questions, concerns or booking information
* Making outbound calls to follow up, book or confirm appointments
* Logging customer referrals and making sure all information is recorded accurately
* Booking jobs and scheduling them based on the most efficient route for the team on the road
* Updating records, handling general admin tasks like data entry and scheduling
* Working with other departments to resolve customer queries quickly and professionally
A bit about you:
* You have strong written and verbal communication skills
* You like solving problems and finding the simplest, most efficient way to do things
* You are confident using computers and can pick up new systems quickly. Some proficiency in MS Excel/Word and Outlook is required
* You can stay calm and focused during busy periods
* You have a sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to logging data or planning routes
