Job Description
Summary: We are looking for a candidate who is not afraid to think differently to transform the performance of our global demand generation campaigns and grow IFS’ Industrial AI market share. You will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel demand gen campaigns, optimizing channel mix (digital, email, video, paid social), audience segmentation and performance. This role is fast-paced, and the desired candidate will work closely with our solution marketing, digital centre of excellence, creative and field teams to deliver world class campaigns.
Essential Duties and Accountabilities: The candidate will work on a variety of programs within the global campaigns team delivering demand generation for our enterprise software and AI solutions across our customer base and for net new account acquisition. Typical responsibilities will include:
1. Planning and managing cross-channel demand gen campaigns, nurtures and webinars
2. Select and manage channels and tactics, leveraging email, paid social, paid digital, video.
3. Collaborate with internal digital and email centre of excellence teams and agencies to execute and optimize performance.
4. Deliver and test new and innovative approaches to demand gen, driving engagement across our target accounts.
5. Set up X-channel nurtures and personalization.
6. Work with solution marketing to deliver compelling creative and copy for Ads, emails and landing pages
7. Understand and optimize the buyer journey, manage segmentation and audience refinement
8. Manage timescales and budget
9. Leverage AI and martec tools to improve speed and quality; share tips with the team.
10. Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign performance aligned to key metrics. Share a performance dashboard with stakeholders, supporting the optimization and fine tuning of campaigns.
Qualifications
11. Proven ability in managing cross-channel marketing programs
12. Ideally B2B tech background, agency or in-house
13. At least 2 years of relevant experience with some focus in B2B campaign strategy and planning
14. Experience of display, social, programmatic, video and email marketing
15. Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple launches concurrently.
16. Ability to quickly learn new marketing tools and tech, experience in marketing automation and ABM tools such as DemandBase or 6sense, HubSpot. Experience or Canva and AI tools also benefit.
17. Self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, perform and willingness to get stuff done
18. Ability to demonstrate new ideas via a personable, consultative approach, working across cross functional teams
19. Confident and willingness to dig into data, analyze and draw insight
20. Experience and understanding of standard marketing metrics and KPIs
21. Good copy skills; able to brief/iterate imagery and short‑form video
22. Confident, outgoing personality that can integrate with a busy team environment
