Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Korean-English) Operations & Admin Coordinator to support our air freight and express parcel logistics. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience either in warehouse handling, customs documentation, or administrative coordination—especially in a fast-paced international shipping environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Liaise with Korean clients and partners to coordinate air cargo and express parcel shipments, including urgent consignments and e-commerce deliveries.
* Support warehouse coordination, including monitoring cargo receiving, verifying shipment details (weight, dimensions, labeling), assisting with re-packing and palletizing instructions, and liaising with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and storage.
* Assist with customs clearance for international shipments, including express/low-value consignments, ensuring compliance with Duty & Tax requirements and facilitating smooth release.
* Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, airwaybills, customs codes, and packing lists.
* Translate and communicate technical and operational details between Korean-speaking clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.
* Support administrative tasks, including data entry, shipment tracking, billing coordination, and filing of operational records.
* Monitor shipment status and warehouse workflow, escalating delays or discrepancies to supervisors and ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
* Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and supporting implementation of digital tools and SOPs.

Requirements

* Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written).
* Prior experience in air freight, express parcel, or warehouse logistics is advantageous, but not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate with strong language skills and a proactive attitude.
* Familiarity with customs procedures and basic documentation requirements.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Excel and digital systems for shipment tracking and admin tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,400.00 per year
