Class 1 HGV Driver
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join a well‑established logistics operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional driver looking for consistent hours, excellent rates of pay.
Key Responsibilities
1. Safely operate Class 1 vehicles in line with UK driving regulations
2. Adhere to all health & safety procedures and transport compliance requirements
Hours & Pay
3. £16.00 per hour for the first 50 hours
4. £22.00 per hour for all hours worked over 50
5. Most drivers typically work 55–60 hours per week
6. No breaks deducted from the first 50 hours
Requirements
7. Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
8. Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
9. Previous Class 1 driving experience
10. ADR licence preferred but not essential
11. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
12. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
