JOR Property Ltd is a property maintenance company operating across Aberdeen City and Shire. We're seeking a skilled and dependable Plumber to join our busy maintenance team, covering both reactive callouts and planned works.
This role would suit a motivated tradesperson with strong technical knowledge who can work efficiently, manage time pressures, and maintain high standards of workmanship. You'll be customer-facing, so professionalism and good communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Proven experience in plumbing repairs, fault diagnosis, leak detection, replacements, and general maintenance
* Ability to provide clear job updates and reports via our digital system
* Full UK driving licence
* Positive, flexible attitude with a professional work ethic
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar plumbing role
We use a user-friendly iOS job management system for real-time communication between engineers, customers, and the office—full training will be provided. Company uniform is also supplied.
