Kennedy Fox Associates are working with a globally recognised manufacturer of thermal management, signaling technology and enclosure climate control solutions for industrial applications. They have operations across Europe, Asia and the Americas and who lead organisations to protect critical equipment and ensure operational uptime. The UK office is growing, dynamic, and highly collaborative – offering the opportunity to be part of an exciting scale-up phase.
They are looking for an Internal Sales Representative supporting their UK sales team through proactive lead generation, market research and customer service. This newly created position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on being organised, and wants to be close to the heart of a growing industrial sales team.
Responsibilities:
* Generate and qualify leads via research, email, and outbound calling
* Support the UK sales team with account development and client engagement
* Liaise with international teams in Germany and Italy for support and training
* Manage inbound queries from distribution partners and end-users
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, particularly during the transition to SAP
* Conduct desk-based market research to identify new growth areas
* Collaborate with the warehouse and internal admin team as needed
Requirements:
* 2–3 years in a customer-facing, sales support or inside sales environment
* Confident communicator who is comfortable on the phone and via email
* Highly organised, proactive, and curious – someone who enjoys solving problems
* Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 and ideally with SAP
* Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and tasks at once
* Keen interest in technical or industrial products
