Leading, coaching and developing a team of consultants to exceed billing targets
Embedding strong CRM discipline, accurate forecasting and healthy pipeline coverage
Driving outbound activity and personally generating and closing new business
Supporting key calls, pitches and negotiations to improve conversion rates
Scaling new customers into strategic, recurring-revenue key accounts
Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and client satisfaction
What you’ll bring to the table as a Sales Manager
Proven background in recruitment or staffing sales with consistent personal billing success
Previous leadership experience with clear coaching and mentoring impact
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and consultative sales process
Commercially astute, data-driven approach to pipeline and revenue management
Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
