Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects the accountancy team is looking or additional support.
Job Description
* Support the delivery of HR and learning initiatives across the organisation.
* Coordinate training sessions and development programmes for employees.
* Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
* Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.
* Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to promote a positive workplace culture.
