Balfour Beatty (CPS) has an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join our growing team.
This role can be based from either South Mimms, Leatherhead or Dartford. As a Digital Project Manager you will work under the Business Planning and Performance department in the Digital and Information Team for the M25 DBFO – supporting the delivery of a complex portfolio of digital changes, managing 2-3 key digital projects in the portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Delivery of digital / technology projects in the digital transformation portfolio
* Adherence to the technology project delivery methodology, including development of key project artefacts
* Management of all commercial processes in conjunction with the CPS commercial team
* Regular updates on progress made and status reporting to the Head of Business Transformation and the Digital and Data Delivery Lead
* Capture, measurement and tracking of key project benefits in conjunction with the Finance team
* Reporting at key governance forums on progress made, such as the CPS Change Board
* Management of project finances and engagement with the Finance team
* Identification, reporting and tracking of project risks, issues and dependencie
Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a Project Manager within IT/Digital teams
* Previous experience with managing multiple projects
* Experience with identifying and capturing project benefits
* Experience with managing senior stakeholders
