We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Account Director / Relationship Director to lead global client relationships across Life Sciences and Consultancy sectors - driving growth, deepening procurement partnerships, and designing intelligent workforce solutions that deliver measurable impact.
The Opportunity
This is a senior client-facing role for a commercially strategic relationship builder with a procurement-driven mindset. You will develop and manage complex global relationships with enterprise clients - particularly across Life Sciences, Pharma, and Consulting - delivering scalable SOW, CW, and Consultancy solutions aligned to client strategy and compliance frameworks.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal delivery, operations, and leadership teams to ensure that every partnership is underpinned by quality, governance, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
 * Build and manage strategic global relationships within Life Sciences and consultancy networks.
 * Develop long-term partnerships with procurement and vendor management teams, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and compliance frameworks.
 * Own the full lifecycle of enterprise client engagement, from strategic planning to delivery oversight.
 * Drive commercial growth through SOW, CW, and Consultancy workforce models.
 * Identify emerging client needs and design scalable, data-led solutions to address them.
 * Lead RFI/RFP submissions, bid management, and commercial negotiations.
 * Collaborate internally to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
 * Represent TechNET at global industry forums, networking events, and client presentations.
About You
You’re a commercially sharp, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in strategic relationship management and global account development. You understand how to operate within procurement-led environments and can translate business needs into effective workforce solutions.
You’ll Bring
 * Proven experience managing enterprise or global accounts in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consulting.
 * Deep understanding of procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and vendor management systems.
 * Successful track record delivering SOW, Contract, and Consultancy-based engagements.
 * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to construct and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills, engaging confidently with both executive and procurement leaders.
