Operating cross-sector, they partner with organisations across early-stage scale-ups, established industry leaders and venture capital investors to identify and place transformative leaders.
Combining deep market knowledge with a consultative, partnership-led approach, they craft bespoke talent strategies that deliver long-term impact. Role
* Develop and lead the overall communications strategy, aligning with brand, business, and growth objectives.
* Build and manage a high-performing communications function across PR, media, content, and events.
* Shape and maintain a compelling brand narrative across all owned and earned.
* Lead the creation and distribution of high-quality content (thought leadership, blogs, reports, multimedia) to engage key audiences.
* Oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and speaking engagements that elevate brand visibility.
* Manage crisis communications and reputation management to safeguard credibility.
* Partner with leadership on thought leadership programs, executive visibility, and keynote opportunities.
* Drive consistent messaging across product launches, campaigns, events, and corporate announcements.
* Monitor, measure, and report on communications effectiveness using clear KPIs and insights, while staying ahead of industry and cultural trends.
Requirements
* Proven experience in communications, PR, or corporate affairs, ideally in VC, high-growth or tech-driven environments.
* Proven track record building and executing impactful communications strategies at scale.
* Strong media relations network, with ability to secure top-tier coverage and manage press narratives.
* Excellent written, verbal, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for brand voice.
* Experience handling crisis communications and sensitive reputational matters.
* Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
* Comfortable advising senior leadership and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to optimize communications outcomes.
* Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Cultural awareness and adaptability across diverse markets.
