This long-term project is set to continue well beyond 2030, with additional work already in the pipeline. Ideal for recent graduates or those with some site-based experience, the role offers full on-the-job training and enrolment on a Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Surveying. Role Overview: You'll support a team of experienced Engineering Surveyors while gaining hands-on experience across key survey functions. The role will involve working alongside monitoring and survey teams, contributing to large-scale infrastructure developments and developing the fundamentals needed for future progression into an Engineering Surveyor role. Key Responsibilities: * Support the team in carrying out site setting-out checks * Assist with Automated Monitoring Systems and data management * Help maintain and establish Survey Control across site * Develop the core skills required to become a fully qualified Engineering Surveyor What We’re Looking For: * Valid CSCS card (essential) * Degree or equivalent qualification in a related subject (e.g. Civil Engineering, Geomatics) * Full UK driving licence * Ability to pass security clearance for work on a military base * Interest in heavy civil engineering projects and long-term career development Career Development: The successful candidate will be enrolled onto a Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Surveying.
