I'm currently representing a leading, progressive financial planning firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to take over an established client bank as part of a business acquisition in South Wales.
This is a rare opportunity to inherit a high-quality, recurring-income portfolio and step into a well-supported, growth-focused environment with genuine autonomy and flexibility.
The Client Bank

2. £32.8m assets under management
3. £, recurring income/OAC
4. Warm handover as part of an acquisition (not a cold book)
An ideal start date would be Feb/March, although the business is realistic and flexible around notice periods for the right individual.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing and developing the inherited client relationships, delivering holistic financial planning advice while maintaining excellent service standards. You'll have the freedom to work flexibly, supported by a strong central team.
Candidates must be based locally to South Wales.
What We're Looking For
5. Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser (minimum)
6. Proven experience advising HNW or mass-affluent clients
7. Strong communicator with a client-first, tech-forward mindset
8. Comfortable working in a hybrid model
9. Experience or an existing network within the medical sector would be advantageous (but not essential)
