The Role
Working with pupils aged 5–11 (KS1–KS2) with SEMH needs, you will:
* Deliver adapted, engaging primary curriculum lessons
* Support pupils with trauma, attachment and behaviour needs
* Lead structured, nurturing classroom environments
* Work closely with pastoral teams and external professionals
* Use trauma-informed and restorative approaches
What You’ll Bring
* ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* ✅ Strong primary teaching experience (KS1/KS2)
* ✅ Background in SEMH, SEND or alternative provision
* ✅ Confident behaviour management and de-escalation skills
* ✅ A calm, resilient and relationship-led approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
