Project Manager
Location: Folkestone with hybrid working

We are supporting a global FMCG manufacturer for an experienced Project Manager to join their European PMO team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver impactful, commercially-critical projects.
In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you will manage full lifecycle delivery from concept through to launch, leading cross-functional teams across Europe and globally. You'll drive new product development, packaging change and international expansion projects while ensuring delivery on time, in full and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive and manage a varied portfolio of high-impact projects across multiple brands
* Own project timelines, risk management, dependencies and issue resolution
* Build strong cross-functional relationships - R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Marketing & Procurement
* Facilitate project scope, deliverables, feasibility and governance
* Create and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project and GANTT methodology
* Lead risk reviews and progress reporting at both European and global level
* Manage change control and escalate impacts across time, cost, quality & scope
* Coordinate master data creation and SAP set-up including product BOM approval
* Act as Deputy to Senior Project Manager and support external supplier relationships
Skills, Experience & Profile
* Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects within FMCG
* Strong experience using MS Project, GANTT charts & dependency management
* Confident communicator with excellent influencing and stakeholder skills
* Positive, proactive, resilient approach with the ability to work under pressure
* Prince2 (or equivalent PM qualification) desirable but not essential
* Self-sufficient, dynamic, structured and delivery-driven
