Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Great Missenden for a Retail Operations Manager. The Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Farm Shop and related retail activities, ensuring efficient store management and exceptional customer service. The role includes managing staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to optimize operations. The manager will be expected to maintain the high standards of quality and service that Peterley Manor Farm is known for.
Qualifications
* Experience in Retail Operations and Operations Management
* Proficiency in Store Management and inventory control
* Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality customer experience
* Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and identifying business opportunities
* Proven leadership and team management abilities
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills within a fast-paced retail environment
* Previous experience in the farm shop or related retail sector is an advantage
