Role Overview
Puffy is a Top 5 US mattress brand with 100% YoY growth since 2016, recognized as a Great Place to Work. This role is for a D2C performance marketer ready to own Meta and multi‑channel paid strategies that drive 8‑figure revenue impact.
You’ll launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels. You’ll work alongside our Forbes Council member CEO to architect the next generation of our digital acquisition engine.

Key Responsibilities
* Own multi‑channel strategy with revenue accountability across all paid media.
* Build, test, and scale full‑funnel campaigns from prospecting to conversion, managing creatives, attribution, and experiments.
* Collaborate with design and cross‑functional teams at high velocity.
* Provide strategic insight into Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email channels.
* Measure and report on ROAS, funnel metrics, and scalable system performance.
What You’ll Need
* 5+ Years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands.
* Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance platforms with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals.
* Proficiency in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data‑driven decision making.
* Experience optimizing funnels from awareness through conversion, including ad‑to‑page optimization.
* Strong creative concept ideation and ability to guide design teams.
* Working knowledge of broader marketing ecosystems, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email.
Good‑to‑Have Skills
* Background in the mattress, furniture, or home goods sector.
* Experience with programmatic channels and TikTok Ads.
* Familiarity with automated ad creation tools and DCO.
* Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms.
* Knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations.
