The Night Guest Services Agent in our team are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for our guests forking on a 4 on 4 off basis
* Operating switchboard, answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls.
* Transferring calls to the appropriate person or department.
* Taking down and passing on messages where necessary.

* A passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service.
* Must be willing to work on a 4 on 4 off basis
* Calm, efficient and organised.
* Excellent communication skills and high standard of English.
* Listens and responds proactively to our guests' needs.
* Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage.
