What You’ll Do * Champion safeguarding and wellbeing for every child * Lead by example, ensuring full compliance with the EYFS Framework and all relevant legislation, while demonstrating a strong understanding of best practice * Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals * Ensure high standards of care, learning, safety and hygiene * Manage day-to-day operations including occupancy, staffing and administration * Build strong relationships with families and the local community * Help shape the nursery’s identity, ethos, and future ambitions What We’re Looking For * A qualified and experienced early years leader (Level 5 or above) * A confident manager with a passion for child development and inclusive practice * Someone who is excited to be involved in a new Early Years Setting and will be integral in building something from the ground up and shaping a shared vision with Co-Founders. * An effective communicator who values teamwork, creativity, and community Why Join? * Be part of a brand-new nursery with a fresh, inclusive vision * Enhanced Annual Leave package of 33 days (inc.
